A mini UV vacuum cleaner for home use, which can be switched on at the touch of a button and is safe to use for cleaning and suctioning, for example, the hearing aid filter, the speaker or the charging station.

Who is the vac-clean uv 2® made for?
Flow-med has designed this handy and innovative vacuum cleaner especially for the consumer, so that they can carry out the necessary maintenance independently. The slim design and simple operation mean that the device can be operated by almost anyone. In addition, the vacuum cleaner is equipped with an integrated LiPo battery that, when fully charged via a USB-C connection, lasts up to 1 month. This also allows the cleaning tool to be used mobile without dependence on power supply and cables. The vac-clean comes in a hardcover travel case including a USB-C charging cable and various attachments.

What is the vac-clean uv 2® used for?
This vacuum cleaning tool can be used to suck up residual cerumen, dust, dander and other dirt residues in hearing aids, filters, speakers, earmolds, hearing protection, in-ears, hearables, charging station, etc. This prevents dirt from accumulating and leading to blockage , poorer sound and ultimately defects.

Hoe How does the vac-clean uv 2® work?
When you turn on the vac-clean, the UV light is turned on and you can switch between three settings to regulate the suction power. With 7 different attachments, there is a suitable attachment for almost every surface to be cleaned.  Changing is a smooth operation and the attachments themselves can be easily cleaned after use.

The blue LED light in the vac-clean has an antimicrobial effect and at the same time illuminates the surface to be cleaned. The exceptionally good suction power makes it easy to remove cerumen and other dirt residues. With the various attachments, residual dirt can be sucked up not only from the hearing aid filter, but also from the recesses of the charging station, in-ear music plugs, earmolds, hearing protectors, etc.

Various attachments

• Brush
  Attachment equipped with soft DuPont Tynex bristles in a ring around the suction channel. The sonic vibrations of the brush and the suction force loosen the pulverized dirt residues in a gentle circular motion. When using the brush, be extra careful around microphones, buttons and openings.
• Tube and the shorter S-Tube
  Slim attachments made of silicone that are specially designed for suctioning the smallest openings, including receiver, speaker, filter, vents, etc.
• Oval and RIC
  Both the oval and the RIC attachment are suitable for cleaning RIC and ITE hearing aids, shells, earmolds, hearing protection, in-ear monitors and other openings. In addition, these attachments can be used to clean other surfaces, such as keyboards, watches, cameras, etc.

To prevent moisture-related complaints in the hearing aid, we recommend the use of the dry-cap UV or a similar drying system in addition to the vac-clean.
