payment methods

BB Hearing uses the following payment methods:

  • On account
  • iDEAL
  • Creditcard (Mastercard/VISA)
  • Bancontact (online banking Belgium)
  • Giropay (online banking Germany)

shipping

Depending on the size and weight, BB Hearing will ship your order as parcel post or as freight shipment by (mini)pallet. All deliveries are handled by GLS. After processing the order you will receive an email from us with the tracking number to track the shipment.

order handling and shipping costs

BB Hearing delivers worldwide and because we want to make sure your order reaches its destination complete, undamaged and as quickly as possible, we take great care in the process between ordering and delivery.

Preparing and shipping an order always costs money. We pack and ship your order carefully, choosing high-quality packaging materials and a reliable carrier. Every order that leaves our warehouse therefore incurs not only shipping costs, but also preparation and packaging costs.

By not including these costs in our product price, we are able to offer our products at a fair price and you do not contribute to the costs incurred for other customers' orders.

For standard parcel post* deliveries in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, we will bear these costs ourselves if a certain order amount is achieved. This can be seen as a discount on your order. In other cases, we are forced to pass these costs on to you.

We do our best to keep costs as low as possible and will never pass on costs when this is not necessary.

delivery in the Netherlands

For order amounts up to €350 (excluding VAT and hearing aid batteries), order handling and shipping costs are charged. For parcel post* within the Netherlands, we charge €7.95. For shipments that do not fall within the conditions of standard parcel post*, a surcharge applies, regardless of the order amount, which can be found on your invoice.

delivery Belgium/Luxembourg/Germany

For order amounts up to €350 (excluding VAT and hearing aid batteries), order handling and shipping costs are charged. For parcel post* within Belgium, we charge €8.95, for Luxembourg €9.95 and for Germany €14.95. For shipments that do not fall within the conditions of standard parcel post*, a surcharge applies, regardless of the order amount, which can be found on your invoice.

free delivery Benelux countries and Germany

For orders over €350 (excluding VAT and hearing aid batteries), we cover the order handling and shipping costs for standard parcel post*. This can be seen as a discount on your order.

delivery to other countries

For deliveries to other countries, we always charge order handling and shipping costs based on the actual transport costs. If the transport rate is reasonably stable, the total costs are already visible in the shopping cart when you complete your order. If the delivery differs from standard parcel post*, a surcharge applies. For island deliveries, a transport surcharge always applies. Any document and customs clearance charges will be passed on.

If no amount is shown in the shopping cart, then the order handling and shipping costs are based on the current transport rate. The final cost can be found on your invoice.

Shipments weighing up to 32 kg. A surcharge applies for heavier or multiple parcels as well as for (mini)pallet shipments.

collecting at warehouse

If you choose to collect your order (or have it collected) at our warehouse in Mijdrecht, shipping costs are waived. However, depending on your order, order handling costs may apply. If there are additional costs, we will mention them on the invoice. We do our best to keep costs as low as possible and will never pass on costs when this is not necessary.

delivery time

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 pm will generally be shipped the same day, provided the items are available from stock. Orders that we cannot (fully) deliver from stock but expect to deliver within a few days, we will ship immediately upon receipt of the last item. When the delivery time of an item is longer or unknown, we will deliver your orders in parts.
