The hearing aid industry has undergone quite a change in recent years. Rechargeable hearing aids have become increasingly popular, which has gradually reduced the demand for traditional zinc-air hearing aid batteries. This does not mean that this type of battery will disappear completely in the near future. Non-rechargeable hearing aids are still used and sold. Unfortunately, our crystal ball cannot tell what the future of the zinc-air battery will be in the longer term.
